Flxi Photo 2 jpg

This photo came from Mohican Historical Society (Ken Libben)
Cleo Redd Fisher Museum in Loudonville, Ohio
Now this is one great photo of what all these Flxies can do. Ken has one of the oldest FLXIBLE exhibit around and he has maybe one of the oldest Flxi sidecars around on display so we all can view it.

Flxi Photo 1 jpg

Another photo came from Ken Libben. Now this is one great photo of what you can do with a left and right sided Flxi sidecar frame.

Original Flxi Rear Logo jpg

ORIGINAL logo on the back of the sidecar. Photo by Ken Libben.

Original Flxi Upholstery jpg

Check out the ORIGINAL upholstery of yesterday. This is in a late 1912 or Early 1913 Flxi sidecar. To me this is PRICELESS. Photo by Ken Libben.

Original Flxi Hood Logo jpg

ORIGINAL logo was on the hood. Check it out it has a Eagle with THE FLXIBLE SIDECAR CO. and below it it says MANSFIELD U.S.A. not LOUDONVILLE U.S.A. Its on a 1912 or 1913, Mansfield is where Hugo H. Young had a HARLEY-DAVIDSON dealership at when he invented the FLXIBLE sidecar and only a handfull was made (if that). Photo by Ken Libben.

Original Flxi Door Logo jpg

ORIGINAL logo was on the side door. Photo by Ken Libben.

Flxi Photo 3 jpg

This is a drawing on a AD that FLXI ran ... However, check out the TWO buggy springs instead of the "C" or "J" rear springs in the rear. This photo is from Eric Bourragué in France proprietor of Harley-Memories.

Flxi Photo 3 jpg

How about taking the wife or girl friend out for a nice country ride or to have a picnic together some where in the country and check out mother nature. This photo is from Eric Bourragué in France.

Flxi Photo 5 jpg

Here is a good shot of the Roostertails. Check out the monkey (passenger) laying down in the body. There were raced on Horse tracks back in the day.

Flxi Pikes Peak jpg

My friend Dana Meiser sent this to me for he knew I was raised in Colorado ... Check out the snow chains. This would be so cool to see them racing in the snow again.

Flxi Photo 6 jpg

Flxi Photo 8 jpg

How about racing on back roads aswell ...

Flxi Photo 9 jpg

Most races had 5 to 7 racers some times even more per event. They had different bikes tho, not just Harleys.

Flxi Photo 10 jpg

Here is another great shot for all you Indian lovers. This photo is from Eric Bourragué in France.

Flxi Factory jpg

Here is another great shot for all you speedster body lovers. This photo is from Ken Libben. Flxible sidecar company was looking into other areas like the boat business. There were only 2 made (experimental) 1 was a 15 footer and the other was a 19 footer no hood was put on them at the time of the photo. These would be so KOOL with a Harley-Davidson Motor in them.

Flxi Photo 13 jpg

This is one of BEST I have ever seen from a rear view of a Flxi racer check out the monkey (passenger) and how he leans with the driver and the driver right leg bracing himself on the sidecar. This photo is Eric Bourragué in France.
