As of this time I have decided to show only what im interested in offering in the STORE section due to circumstances beyond my control. However, other arrangements are being made to continue on the castings and im sorry for any inconvenience for im not trying in any way to mislead anyone in any shape size or form after I get my castings finished and rear end housing then at that time I will decide what to do. However, its looking more like toward the end of this year tho.

If I do the following terms and conditions are what im interested in. I have decided to keep this simple ... I will use STRICTLY PayPal for ALL forms of payment. SORRY EVERYBODY but do to all the FRAUD going on with so call international money orders, plus our own, bad credit cards, checks and who knows what else ... I have decided that this best for me.

 

* Rear Housing are special ordered and will be made at time of order

* Per Rear Housing will require a 50% deposit and balance paid in full before item is shipped

* Frame front tie rod are special ordered and will be made at time of order

* Certified welding will be required (customer responsiblity)

* Packaging and Shipping will be extra with sign conformation and insured

This standard housing is used for domestic and for racing purposes. It will come complete with a match set of full FLXIBLE knee's (pre set) with rear spring perches, rocker arms, tie rod ends, rocker arm shafts, adjusters screws, zirt fittings, cotter pins, internal connecting rod, nuts and lock washers plus wheel axle and collar DOES NOT come with internal springs. (if your interested in a special width send a email)

Do-it-yourself sidecar frame

 

 

This FLXI sidecar frame is a full flxible design it uses rear "C" or Speedway springs. The picture is a early domestic frame with a side lug for a center support brace. The support brace was a spring design. In the PROJECT section there is a step by step section on building a FLXI sidecar racing frame (less springs and body) with a basic Flxi sidecar frame layout and all your tech questions are in the FAQ section.

will consist of a frame lower connector tie rod bar design for a Flxi sidecar frame and a rear carrier axle mounting plate (optional). They are design to fit only the 1937 thru 57 Harley-Davidson OEM design Big Twin frames.
